About the Author

The NY Ramen Ranger loves to eat and drink. A New Yorker by choice, he spend the last decade working for some of the best restaurant/hotel organizations in town, specializing and wine and beverage.

He and his wife are both avid food lovers and amateur cooks, always adventurous and looking for something new. But noodles has always been special to them, especially the ranger. And after the wife took him to Ippudo for the first time, noodles became his obsession, and thus the birth of "Ramen Chronicles."

The Ranger hopes to visit and sample as many NY Ramen joints as he could find, and may be a few other interesting "bowls" along the way. If you find a new place, let the ranger know!
